Freshly renovated, it offers on one level: a living room with decorative fireplace (smart TV connected wifi flat screen - tnt and internet) opening onto terrace and garden at the front of the house, a kitchen opening onto garden at the back, three bedrooms (140x2 and 90x2), a bathroom with Italian shower, vanity unit and towel dryer, independent toilets.
The garden of 600 m² is entirely closed, pleasant and raised, it offers a possibility of parking on the ground.
You will be at only 480 meters from the beach of Nauzan and its adorable conch, from the cycle track and the customs path. The city center of Saint-Palais is 1.5 km away.
